general studio policies
Students should always arrive 10 minutes early for class. Students are allowed to enter the practice room up to 10 minutes late, at the discretion of the teacher. After the 10 minute mark, the class is closed. Should you arrive late, please be mindful and enter the lobby and practice room quietly so as not to disturb other students.
Pre-registration for class is valid until 5 minutes before class or workshop begins. At that point - if the class or workshop is full - your spot will be open for any students present in the studio who wish to practice.
New students seeking the student discount on a drop in class, 10-class pass, or on Student Sunday's must provide a valid school ID upon registration for class or purchase of class pass.
Students must be at least 12 years of age to practice at Revolution and must be accompanied in class by a parent or guardian until the age of 16. Ultimately the presence of pre-teens in class is at the discretion of the teacher, as they may not be comfortable leading a student of such a young age. Should you bring a child with you to class, we recommend you attend RestoraFlow or Restorative Yoga classes, as the other classes move at a much more vigorous pace. Any students that are disruptive during class will be asked to leave so as not to disturb other students.
No children or anyone under the age of 16 is allowed to wait in the studio lobby unattended while a parent or guardian takes class.
Revolution is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Should you leave something at the studio, please notify us as soon as possible so - if found - we can keep the item safe for you until you pick it up. Items left at the studio for more than 30 days will be donated. If you choose to leave your mat in our lobby, the studio is not responsible for it should it go missing.
Recordings of classes of any kind are not permitted unless permission is specifically granted by Revolution.
Cell phones are not permitted in the practice room. There is ample space to securely store your personal belongings in the lobby (the front door is locked during all classes) as well as in the changing rooms. Should your phone be required to be in the room please speak with the teacher before class begins.
return / exchange policy
Classes / Workshops - Revolution does not issue refunds for classes, workshops, 10-class passes, Monthly Membership payments, or promotional offer purchases. If you purchase a drop in class or pre-register for a workshop and do not show up your payment will not be refunded. If you hold a 10-class pass and register for a class and do not show up, your pass will not be credited for that class. If you purchase a drop in class or pre-register for a workshop and call us to cancel your spot, you will be issued a studio credit - no credit card refunds are provided unless we as a studio cancel a class, workshop, or event that you have paid for.
Yoga Mats, Yoga Towels, and Retail Items - Revolution cannot exchange or return used yoga mat, towels, or clothing for hygienic reasons. If returned unopened and never used, we can provide a studio credit or an even exchange. If you wish to return or exchange un-used purchased clothing items, please bring them back in with tags or price marker still on them and we can provide a studio credit or an even exchange. If the tags or price marker have been removed, these items cannot be returned. If you wish to return or exchange any other un-used purchased retail items, please bring them back in with tags or price marker still on them and we can provide a studio credit or an even exchange. No credit card refunds are provided unless we as a studio recall the product
